During my travels in 2023, I ended up on an organic cider farm on Vancouver Island. As a cider lover with Hessian roots, that felt less like an accident and more like fate.

Besides brewing, bottling and, of course, tasting this very special apple juice, I also had the chance to give this year's batch a fresh new look. While ciderworks^® is usually known for its bone-dry ciders, these three newcomers were a little sweeter—and, most importantly, incredibly tasty. Cheers!
