During my trip in 2023 I – as a cider lover with Hessian roots – was stranded on an organic cider farm on Vancouver Island {🇨🇦}. In addition to brewing, bottling and tasting this special apple juice, I also got to give this year’s batch a new look.
The organic cider from ciderworks® is usually bonedry, but these three newbies were all slightly sweet and above all: tasty. Cheers!
For four weeks I lived and worked on Salt Spring Island, a really small island on the Sunshine Coast of Canada. Nature is raw, the sea surrounds you no matter where you stand and I had the best date square of my life at Salt Spring Coffee. 🫶🏾
